Event requests
Activation
In order for your venue to receive Event requests, please make sure you’ve already submitted a request to our support team through the Products page in the client portal.

Once activated, the customer will be able to make an event booking request through our product via phone or WhatsApp.
The bot will take the client's name, the desired date for the event and the number of people.
All of this information is collected and automatically sent to the restaurant by email, so they can prepare a quote for the event and follow up with the client directly.
Below is a typical conversation between a customer and our WhatsApp bot for event bookings.

Voice Configuration Options
You can personalize both the opening and closing messages used by your voice bot for event booking requests.
Introductory message
This is an optional message played at the start of the call, before asking how many people the event is for. It helps set context or share important information with the caller.
For example: Thanks for calling XYZ Restaurant. I’ll collect a few details about your event and pass them on to our team, who will follow up with you shortly.
Closing message
An optional message that plays at the end of the call, after the request has been sent to the events team. It’s used to share next steps or any additional information before ending the interaction.
For example: Thanks! Your event request has been sent to our events team. Someone will be in touch with you shortly. Have a great day!
Transfer Options
You can choose between two options for routing calls to the event transfer line.
Direct Transfer
This routes the call directly to the events transfer line, skipping the event request flow (such as asking for the client’s name, event date, and number of guests).
If it's outside of business hours or inactive, the event request flow starts as if there were no transfer.
Transfer After Flow
Once the event request flow is complete, the call is transferred.
If it's outside of business hours or the call is inactive: the call ends without transfer.
