Event Requests

The assistant requests the desired date for the event, the number of people, and the client's name. It also identifies whether the request is from a company or an individual. All this information is collected and automatically emailed to the hotel, facilitating the generation of a quote for the event and allowing the hotel to contact the client directly.

Opening and Closing Messages

Introduction text

An additional message played at the beginning of the call before asking how many people the event is for. It is used to provide context or relevant information.

Final text

Additional message that plays at the end of the flow to close the interaction with additional information, after informing that the request has been sent to the events department.

Transfer Options

Transfer Directly

Transfers the call directly to the configured number, without executing the module's workflow.

If it's outside of business hours or inactive: the module starts as if there were no transfer.

Transfer After Module

Once the event request flow is complete, the call is transferred.

If it's outside of business hours or the call is inactive: the call ends without transfer.

Automated Emails

Mail Template ID

Email template identifier sent to the hotel. If not specified, no email will be sent.

Guest Limit Configuration

Min # people threshold for event

For requests for fewer than that number of people, please confirm the number. This is to prevent incorrect requests for too few people.

Max # people threshold for event

For requests exceeding that number of people, please confirm the number. This is to prevent incorrect requests for too many people.
