### How it works

Customer surveys are available for some booking integrations, but not all. Please be sure to check first if this feature is available through your platform.&#x20;

If your booking platform offers this feature, you will need to contact our support team to activate it. Once activated, our bot will send a message to your customer after their meal to ask them to review the restaurant.

If the guest has a positive experience, we’ll direct them to your restaurant’s Google page so they can leave a review.
