How it works

Customer surveys are available for some booking integrations, but not all. Please be sure to check first if this feature is available through your platform.

If your booking platform offers this feature, you will need to contact our support team to activate it. Once activated, our bot will send a message to your customer after their meal to ask them to review the restaurant.

If the guest has a positive experience, we’ll direct them to your restaurant’s Google page so they can leave a review.
