Purchasing a new phone number

  • In order to purchase a new number that we will use to route the customer call to so that they can speak with the bot:

  • Click “Add New” and select Phone.

  1. First, select the country you would like the number to be from.

  2. Then, choose a city.

  • Some countries (i.e. Albania) will not have numbers available for purchase.

  • In order to continue with your purchasing process, you will need to contact support, which can be reached via the blue chatbox in the bottom righthand corner of your screen.

  • Other countries such as France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland, do not have numbers associated with specific cities. Choose a number from the dropdown list. If you do not select a number, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

  • Complete your purchase

    • To complete your purchase click “Finalize”

    • Your number will now be saved and available in Channels.
