Purchasing a new phone number
In order to purchase a new number that we will use to route the customer call to so that they can speak with the bot:
Click “Add New” and select Phone.

First, select the country you would like the number to be from.
Then, choose a city.

Some countries (i.e. Albania) will not have numbers available for purchase.

In order to continue with your purchasing process, you will need to contact support, which can be reached via the blue chatbox in the bottom righthand corner of your screen.

Other countries such as France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland, do not have numbers associated with specific cities. Choose a number from the dropdown list. If you do not select a number, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Complete your purchase
To complete your purchase click “Finalize”
Your number will now be saved and available in Channels.
