Channels

Channels are the communication endpoints that allow customers to interact with a bot.

You can access Channels via:

The Channels page is where you will be able to view:

  • Type: Whatsapp or Phone

  • Name: Phone or Whatsapp number

  • Status: Online, Ready for Onboarding, In review, or Offline

  • Assigned: the bot it is assigned to

How to filter by Type or Status

Click the filter symbol to see options.

Make your selection and click OK.

The results will now be listed.

The same process can be done with Status.

Online

currently active

Ready for onboarding

ready for API onboarding by connecting to 360 Dialog.

In review

waiting for review from customer support for next steps

Offline

Inactive
